Charging 134a system

Hey guys,
My AC would not come on on my 02 ford explorer and it has been killing me trying to find this stupid issue. Turned out that the AC Compressor plug was disconnected. So i connected it back up turned it on max and the ac wasnt switching on, im thinking because its pretty cold out still. So i jumped the low pressure switch, and the compressor switched and stayed on like it should. So i start filling it, it was at 0, seemed to take forever to bring it up to 15 PSI. Finally i took the can off and connected the low pressure switch up, And now taking a reading i noticed that when the compressure comes on the psi drops down to the green, then the switch shuts off the compressor and the pressure climbs rapidly, it gets to the yellow then the compressor comes on and the pressure drops. This continuously happens. Not sure what is going on but i cant get a stable pressure. Any ideas?
Thanks

Re: Charging 134a system

NM found the issue, It was just really low, I tipped the can upside down and it took all of itt, and stablized and the compressor was staying on like it should. I think the problem was that the pressure was too low that it was dropping fast when the compressor came on and the low pressure switch was turning the compressor off to build more pressure.
