After intial smoke off, it stopped smoking at idle and really smoked at higher throttle which would be right.
I'm buying a new engine locally which is what I should have done in the first place. This one with a warranty. Thanks for all the help.

Just as a note, bad/leaky turbo's will also do that... something to check out if your not 100% sure its the engine.
