Re: looking to get into DSMs the hard way

Recommendation: Go with a V8 LS Swap.

If you are hell bent on the same weight with 2x the problems and 1/2 the hp (w/o mods), any ECMLINK ecu setup with bolt ons should get you to around 400whp (larger turbo), much more than that on a 1st or 2nd gen motor you'll want to start thinking about internals.

lol yup and then throw some Boost at it as well but if you havent already thought about that...and still want a 4G swap so what all do you have already?
