Re: newb turbo question.

All of the reasons above are why I am deciding to rock the EVOIII 16G. I should be in the 400's for wheel horsepower with this new motor and race gas. Should be good for consistent deep 12's and if I can learn to drive sometime maybe 11's. Hell I posted a 12.7 with my lack of shifting ability and a pretty knock laden tune.(not your fault swanny, I dinked with it)

Re: newb turbo question.

400 whp from a Evo3 16g? Are you shooting some nitrous or something? I don't think that little 16g is going to go much over 350whp. Nash's 20g was pretty much maxed at 426 whp, and that is a lot bigger than an EVO3.

Re: newb turbo question.

im very aware of the supporting mods I would need. I dont seem to have any trouble coming accross parts i need for reasonable prices. FMIC is like 250 on ebay.

Well I got 320whp on a very shitty old motor that kept blowing its brand new dipstick out, had nasty boost creep, and only on 100 unleaded. So I think it is possible, but I know that there is always the chance that it won't get there, but I will be more than happy with 375ish.

Hey I gave you all the answers you need via PM. If you are fine with the answers you got then I will close your thread.

I will never be guilty of as much post whoring as you even if I charged as much as Allan does for a lap dance at a gay bar.

Re: newb turbo question.

Are you going to buy that turbo then? If you have decided to buy or even if you didn't post the link and you might get some more feedback.

I'll see what I can get out of it without, but it is a strong possibility.
