Man thats fucked up. I also think they should have to take care of a puppy. Maybe they will learn to care for things and maybe start to love it and see why they fucked up.
Speaking of kids and parents, there are some serious issues with kids and their parents now days. I was on a walk with one of my friends like a week ago and on our way past Taco Bell there were these two little boys running around asking people for quarters. If they were nice about it, that would have been one thing, but they just walked up and were like, "I need 25 cents." and stuck out his hand. We said we didnt have any and left. Well, I went to Taco Bell today with a few of my friends. Same two kids asking every one for money. So when they finally bugged people into giving them money, they would immediately run to the sticker machine and get a water stick on tattoo or something. Then they would run around with these fuckin tattoos and try to sell them! We got there at 6 and sat in there shooting the shit until about 8:30, they were there the entire time! The dad came for like 10 minutes around 7:00 and just left them there again! Two dumbass little kids on a bike and a pair or rollerskate shoes playing on/near a busy street, begging for money, and trying to sell what they got with the money they begged for, all with no parents! That and the 17 million stories I have about little shits running around McDonalds in my 4 years and counting there. What the hell is this world coming to?

...yeah i'll admit i also did the whole ant burning with a magnifiying glass and i am an avid hunter...but to do something that sick and twisted to a fucking puppy...and i also think that an public apology is a suitable punishment for them
