I've got dibs on the fuel pump. Are you sure it is installed correctly? Even if there is fuel it may not be high enough pressure.

Is there a way to check the fuel pressure with the stock regulator in place?

It could be that after 5 seconds of the pump running without the engine cranking, it's able to build enough pressure for it to almost start, but then quickly runs out of pressure?

So I'm getting spark, but 1-3 is about half as strong as number 4. When I pulled them out, all 4 were still really soaked with gas from yesterday. number 3 wasn't too bad though.

Check the 3 fuses on the fuse block, all 3 are fine.

Usually it is the pump not being installed correct and leaking after the pump. Usually it is the O-ring being bad or out of position.
