If your oil pressure light came on, you have issues. Save yourself the trouble of a compression test.

Drain the oil. Metal chunks=your engine is done. No metal chunks, change the oil, as the oil light comes on when its very low oil pressure. Then proceed to try to turn the engine over for a compression test.

Anything else disconnected? Does the engine crank over strongly? Any noises when cranking?

Very good chance you destroyed the lower end, reason it doesn't start is a munched crankshaft sensor.

ok so oil was clean but when i crank it over the cam gears dont move. the harmonic balancer does though

well i talked to twack today and i have decided since i leave sunday to finish basic and ait that i wanna do a 6 bolt swap and build the motor when i get back so if twack will help since he nows this motor like no other i can do it right
