Re: Official winter sucks thread...
It sucks! came out from school today and my tire was completly flat. It sucks. Plus I have 3 BALD BALD tires and one with like 5% tread left. Once the beaches close the HOTT girls go into hibernation for the winter.

Re: Official winter sucks thread...
It's my first time in snow in 3 years. Went to dust off the snow on my windshield at 5:30am, and i dusted it right into the wind and got a face full of snow. That stuff is frickin cold. I can't wait until Spring!

Try 2 rear wheels that are bald. That sucks worse. But its fun going side ways whenever I hit the gas. I love the launching, people looking all weird cause all my wheels are spinning but not going anywhere then poof I'm gone leaving the little honduhs spinning in the snow. Ahh the looks are priceless.
BTW: I'm loving the snow. The cold sucks but the snow is cool!

Re: Official winter sucks thread...
Ya ive been awd launching everywhere. Anypatch of snow clutch kick and woah!. I even AWD launched into the carwash (which i got free love having friends that work at gas stations) then got a pretty car wash.. Coming out of it sucked ass though because the wax and foam under my excuse of a spoiler was still there as well as the stuff around my license plate. So it froze and when I got home my gf made fun of me so I left it. Looks kinda like a giant frozen cum splat on the rear of my car. So thats a reason winter sucks.

Re: Official winter sucks thread...
At home
I still have to put holiday lights up on the outside of the house.
I still need to change the oil in the snow blower.
I still need to buy some salt.
At work
I hate working under customer cars in the winter.
I hate pushing in frozen cars that wont start.
I hate frozen leather seats.
I do like the snowball fights at work.
But it is Minnesota and I do look forward to playing in the snow with my son.
And I like doing other winter things like snowmobiling, skiing, ice fishing, and going back home to a hot cup of coco.

Wait til tomorrow morning when you try opening that freshly washed car
The snow doesnt bother me one bit, it is the blistering wind that sucks. Also, it has been busy as hell at work because everyone waits til the first snow to realize they need new tires.

Re: Official winter sucks thread...
winter sucks because: my VW that i daily drive had a belt fly off today, and wouldn't you know it, it's not a regluar item, because the car doesn't have A/C or power steering. so, it starts getting hot and i spent half the day freezing my ass off going back and forth from napa and bumper to bumper just to get a belt that fits. and when i did, it squeels so damn loud i can't hear myself think.
so, i guess it's the wrong width or something, because it's the perfect length. that or the flimsy VW alternator adjustment arm is bent enough so the alt pulley rubs the belt.
what a pile of crap. with my quest, i know how to fix every problem it gets, even if i have to wait a while. the VW has retarded problems. then again, it's not stock, yet all the components are.
i'm cold and bitter. bitterly cold. same as outside.

I agree. They all choose to come at the same time too, when we're about to close..haha. People batteries were dying left and right. I dont have a work jacket so going out to drive cars in was FRICKEN COLD!!! Overall I love winter, especially the snow, I love the winter activities BUT I hate the wind. It just kills you. This will be my first winter without the Talon AND the AWD . But I gotta a Legacy AWD, so I'm not minding it...yet.
Anyone else waxing their boards? I'm excited.

Need to find my board, then find wax, then I should be in good shape.
9.) snow sucks cause while I was out enjoying the snow in a parking lot, the DSM broke already... not even 100 miles since I got it rollin again! typical DSM...

Re: Official winter sucks thread...
After freezing ass this morning for two hours, I've decided this climate sucks very bad. My Official Question For Winter would be, WTF makes people live here year after year?
10) Regular windshield washer fluid freezes to the windshield to form one huge sheet of ice.
11) Driving down the highway looking through a windshield covered in one huge sheet of ice caused by frozen windshield washer fluid.

Re: Official winter sucks thread...
Your wipers must not be working or your pouring straight water in the tank... I never have a problem with freezing wiper fluid because your wipers should clear it all of right away.
As for living here, its different when you grow up here, you just get used to it and I like the variety of weather we have here, snow is fun for me, but I dont know why other people still live here when most of them just complain.

Re: Official winter sucks thread...
I used to live in cali up till 3 years ago.. I asked my gf and friends that same question.
I like having snow available to me(im heavily into snowboarding) but to be honest you need to drive just as far from here to get to a "hill" as it took me to drive in cali to get to a "mountain". But there I didnt have to wake up to this everyday.
