Re: SERIOUS PROBLEM (Jake Vogel/TKR Mark)
Update
Mo pulled the other trans out of his storage shed and it's in his SUV. He will try to take it to the shop tomorrow and take it apart.
I am really happy that he is being proactive about this

Re: SERIOUS PROBLEM (Jake Vogel/TKR Mark)
Glad to see that at least 2 of the 3 parties are being cooperative and up front about the whole thing, despite one of them having a bad history on here.

It is odd Mark hasn't spoken up about his side of the story. Usually he's pretty defensive about this kind of thing.

People around here would say the same about Mark also. I say the fact that Mo went out of his way to pull a trans, just to make sure someone got the right part is a testament to what kind of guy he is. +1 for Mo in my book.

That's a good deal.
I wouldn't build a transmission for less than $200 and I don't even have the tooling I use to have. Plus I've only built about two dozen transmissions, while shep has to be in the thousands.
The man is a beast (Shep) and I recommend everything to him regarding DSM transmission.

I agree completely... Thats why I wanted him to take the trans elsewhere, I've only done a few and dont want to risk fucking something up and have it come back to haunt me like it is turning out now. Now we have to figure out who is going to put the trans back together so i can get the car back together and back to Cameron.
If he cant get any money back he said he was going to have mark rebuild it again with him watching... opinions on that?

At least one person remembers "Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me".
I think Scheides should turn this into a member review thread when this is all done. Seems like too many people have gotten screwed by Mark for it to go unmentioned.

DB Performance can facilitate having your tranny rebuilt almost next day or two days. It may be an option and worth exploring.
They rebuilt my evo tranny it needed a new reverse gear. Got all new mitsu syncros, bearings, and a new TOB too.

There's obviously numerous people who have had bad dealings with him, yet the issue has been ignored for the most part. When I brought up my dealings with him I was flamed for it, and the funny part is he never once responded to what I was saying in my bad guy thread. With that being said, I'm not surprised at all that Mark hasn't responded to this thread, even though multiple people have question why he hasn't and he has clearly been online in the past few days.
