lol..... what a thread. Just thought I would say that I called the PD in Bemidji, I am like almost positive that 30% is the legal limit.

Well, everyone here and everywhere else on the internet must be misinformed. I am pretty sure it stands at 50% unless they changed the law and somehow we all missed it.

On a car or hatchback 50% all windows. Trucks+vans 5% on the back. Wagons suv's are 15% on the back windows. All cars trucks wagons suvs 50% on the front two.

Every time I've looked it up Minnesota has been the ONLY state with 50%. I plowed throught the state laws hoping to find something qualifying an AWD vehicle as multi-purpose which is allows darker tint in some places, but no luck.

Almost only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades. This is neither. It is 50% all around.
