I was going to use a nice turbo XS MBC, but the cheap DB one came threw again for me. Some day I want to put in a BCS for the AEM to control stuff.

Jesus man, I was there right after it made t he 806 and I was blown away. I knew this car was gonna pwn but I that's damn good power. I would love a ride in it sometime

No 60' testing is pushed off to next weekend on the 28th at Grove creek due to weather, then I hope to get back to Rock falls on June 4th to back up the 60' testing then try for some full pass testing.

If you go by the tried and true domestic fail ET and MPH snake math calculations the car could and I mean COULD run in the 8's at 157mph, but I think it has a 9.2-9.4@ 155mph in it at this power level.

Then if the 60' holds out to the head lifting power or 800+ and I have 26.5" tall slicks the car could run in the mid 8's at 165-170mph.

I took the car out for a drive tonight. Its making the 39psi just fine, intake air temps were around 75-80deg, and it only took just under 6 seconds to go from 6600rpm in 3rd to 9000rpm in 4th.

I just added 2 -8 lines from the valve cover to my catch can thing. Then I added a 1.5" inlet breather filter with chrome cover.

This should help with some of the crank pressure I was seeing on the dyno and my test drive.

I still plan to head to Grove Creek this saturday for 60' testing if its not raining, we will see.

How did you know you were seeing excess crank pressure? Just dipstick coming out, or do you have a way to actually log/measure it?

I do have another map sensor I was going to put in the crank case and see what the pressure is, but oil was blowing out the dip stick tube.

I showed up around 10:10am or something. I did get 1 run in before the car decided to break something. So it has gone 3 for 3, goes to the track and breaks something.

edit: I forgot to say it was the water pump gasket that pushed out the bottom of the water pump, wtf.

But I did run the 2nd best 60' with the car.

This was at Grove Creek 1/8 mile. And until I have full slicks and better suspension I do not think I would go back.

I launched somewhere around 6k and hit 2nd gear and it went straight to revlimiter sping so I shut down and coasted.

I would guess it hit revlimiter spining in 1st about 3 times, when I get the laptop to work again I will down load the log.

So my next plan is to play with the 2 step settings and try to leave the line at 5500rpm or so with 10-13psi of boost.
