Fuel sharing in an AWD tank issues. Help!

Hey guys,

I'm not sure if this is where I'm supposed to post this but I need some advice, and believe me I searched everywhere. Right now I think that my driver's side tank is remaining mostly full while I keep just burning down the other side with the pump. This means I'm not sucking fuel from the other side, or at least I would assume. I know the sides are connected but beyond left hand turns I'm not sure what to do to guide the fuel over there. I have been thinking of switching the return line and Evap check valve line so the fuel returns to the other side and drains into the passenger side, but then I feel like the pump might starve or suck in air. I'm just not sure if yaul have encountered this before or what solutions there might be to getting the tanks to burn evenly. I might be totally mistaken and have the hangers be reading wrong and thus making me think there isn't fuel while it really is bent sensor floats. However, when I go to fill up on "E" there is only room for 6-8 gallons.. WTF??

Clean both fuel level senders in the tank the driver one is the one that stops working right most of the time. My car is that way so 1/2 tank is a full tank.
If not that check to make sure the pick up tube is hooked up soild and not pluged up.
