ABS delete - couple quick questions

I've gone through and removed my ABS system as well as my AC components. Unfortunately I did not take a great look at the orientation of the proportioning valve before removing it and am not sure which side should face up. A picture of the firewall would probably suffice.

If anyone could tell me which line from the master cylinder goes to the driver and which goes to the passenger side of the proportioning valve as well. My lines got slightly bent and I can't be positive by looking. Perhaps it doesn't matter...

Well I went ahead and assumed the bolt to the firewall is above the lines from the master cylinder and that it doesn't matter which of those two lines go left and right. if someone knows otherwise please let me know.
