Over fueling at idle

I have a 1995 N/T eclipse that I got at the beginning of October and I put a junk yard motor in it with around 130k miles, it is completely stock. It has ran fine up until about a week ago. When starting, it fires up and dies right away, and smells like gas. It does not do this every time, just every once in a while. To get it to stay running I have to give it a little gas to get the RPMs up. Once it has warmed up it runs fine, but then sometimes when Im coasting and the RPMs drop below 1000k it dies. We pulled the vacuum line off the FPR and there is not gas in the line.

Any suggestions?
