Looking to buy or even rent a torque plate for my evo 9. Anyone has one or knows where I csn rent one let me know. Not in a hurry probably a couple months out still.
Why are you looking for one? A reputable/proper machine shop with 4G63 experience should already have a torque plate to use during the machining process. I know MAP does, almost positive Gosh does...
Maps like 6/8 weeks out and I can't wait that long. Tc auto in Mankato is very reputable and have machined a couple friend of mines motors and done great work. We don't have many evos or dsms running around here so im sure thats a reason why they dont have the plate.
Eh gosh seemed really good. I am just going to make the drive up there if I cant find a tq plate to rent he sure knew what he was talking about with the 4g63

They have gotten quite cheap now that JMFab is making them. I bought a BHJ way back in the day and it was quite a bit more than the JMFab one but it came with A1 head studs and a sweet wooden box. Haha
