anything over waste gate psi - stutters

http://www.ecmtuning.com/forums/show...=81368&page=10

I've posted logs of before I turned the boost down (02) and after I set the boost to spring pressure only( 04)

Story is - I was doing a pull on my way home. Temps were in the 40's for the first time and my I saw the boost spike from 27psi to 30psi. I was logging(would have to go back to find it and then post it for you alln if you need it) there was no knock what so ever so I stayed in it.

However the next pull i went to do. Any time I got over 15psi the just splitters like a blown I/c pipe.

I did a boost leak test (none)
compression test (160+ across the boards)
Gapped spark plugs .28
I checked wireharness plugs for the injectors, map, tps , gmait, and isc.
hoses to bov, wastegate, turbo, map
I also found the line to my oil catch can was loose son I tightened that down

Not sure what else to check. I turned the boost all the way down and other then initial hickup at spool it pulls fine by the buttometer

I would do you boost leak test again. I have seen really big leaks missed because there isn't much of a hiss.

Re: anything over waste gate psi - stutters

Update. I havent loaded the log yet to ecmlink.

But installed new ngk bpr7es plugs gapped to .22
Rechecked cop and use new dielectric greese.
checked the fuel pressure line
rechecked the boost control lines and wiring.

Issue still happens. However last night I noticed something and captured it on logs.

For no reason I noticed the a/f would just sit/go to 10.0 on the gauge and sit there when cruising.

So I started logging and noticed right away when this happens the ecu is showing that the boost control is activated as if im trying to accelerate when im just maintaining same throttle and vacuum.
And it would stay that way for sometime.
