Rear 2g brakes

So I am pretty set on going with RTM racing's VR4 brake upgrade for the front using 13" rotors and such. I will also hopefully be triming my fenders and running 17x9 wheels with a 25 or so offset with some flares to keep stuff covered. My question in, can I keep the proportion of braking on the rear brakes by moving my AWD front calipers and rotors, to the rear or is that not possible? I realize some people use VR4 single piston rears as they are larger too and can keep an emergency brake. They seem hard to find though.

Re: Rear 2g brakes

Just get brembos for the rear.
Look for +28 or +30 they will sit in side the car. That is why I traded off my 17x9 +25 rims for a set of bbs evo mr's. It got tired of the cutting the tires and always rubbing even rolled and a bit of a pull and a lot of camber.

Re: Rear 2g brakes

Thanks for the heads up on the wheel offset man! I will definitely keep that in mind when I get them. What size tires would work with a 17x9 +28 and still be nice and wide without rubbing? I don't wanna roll if I don't have to cause that means trimming carbon up front...

And I'll check out the Brembos, hopefully I can score a decent deal on all 4 brakes instead of two different sets that add up.
