certifit??
Ok so my factory front bumper is a little beat up from the previous owner from constant scraping on driveways.... also it has a crack where the fender meets the bumper on the driver side..
So, my question is how many people have a certifit bumper on there car and is it worth the price and having painted??? I know that it has the triangle on the bumper where the mitsu symbol is suppose to be. Give me some input!! thanks...

Ok well I'm thinking about it but I'm not sure I can live with a knockoff bumper.... I think I need some more input...

Re: certifit??
I'd say no. You can do alot better for about the same price. Give Keystone a call.

No! They never fit right and they look just weird. They aren't that expensive from Mitsu, or just buy a used one and repaint it.

Re: certifit??
sortafit. In all honesty, I just bought one from rock auto. It was cheap, but with my driveway I didn't want to buy an OEM at this time. Once I move out of my current place, where my car won't scrape on the driveway, then I will. I think Nick G. said he can get them for 300ish.

Re: certifit??
I've bought 2 certi-fit bumpers (one 2Ga and 2Gb) and they fit pretty much perfectly. I would recommend them.
I'm 311's cousin.

Re: certifit??
Chris I already told you, the 2gb front bumper from cerifit fits perfect. I had one on my 2g and then I sold it to kerry, and it looked perfect on his car. Its under 100 bucks for the bumper. cant go wrong for that.

Re: certifit??
I went to certifit here in Cali and picked up a front bumper for $47 and two fenders for $60ish each and when I got home one fender was bent (I didn't know because it was in a fender box) I was pissed because I live 2 hrs away. The front bumper fit fine but I ended up selling it because I have a custom dump tube that exits out my front bumper and I didn't want to rivet another piece of metal on that certifit bumper. But for $47 I would say it's deff worth it. Some come with the triangle since these bumpers are made in Taiwan.

Re: certifit??
I've seen 3 of them.... one was perfect, one had minor warpage that a heat gun took care of an one was bad.... the one in the cities area (forget where) let me choose the one i wanted, so its a decent bumper i guess. They are not nearly as giving as an oem one though.. its stiff polyurathane

Re: certifit??
I am planning on doing the factory and paying a little bit more just to make me happy because I know in the end it wouldn't do it for me....
