Heat shields are there help to keep under hood temps down and help to scavenge heat out of the head. I hate seeing everyone wth out shields to.

well let me quick think of excuses for myself. The heat shield wouldn't fit on my t3 manifold i had on the gst, and the talon just plain didn't come with one and i haven't gotten one for it knowing i'm probably getting another t3 manifold on there. And the manifold I'm getting this time around will be pretty tough to try and fabricate a heatshield around. Here's what it'll look like. This is one made for an EVO because I couldn't find a pic of the one for DSM's.

about time you posted some new ones. (Tyler I think this weekend or something we need to have a "Polishing" Day.
Both our Engine Bays need to be polished up.

do you park with your hood open or something? i've never understood so much time spent making the motor look nice. seems like most of the people here have cars to show off to other people :stick:
