1g interior wiring question

i am building my 1g weekend warrior. i have seats and harnesses. i also did a abs delete and want to get rid of all the wiring for it. i realized there is some wiring for the seat belts and door buzzers in it. so my question is can i just unclip the harness from by the blower motor and will the car think my passenger door is open? and could i get rid of all the wiring in my car?

You can get rid of all the body harness wiring that has nothing to do with the lights and fuel pump

Taking the wires off the door switchs or cutting the wires. The car will think the doors are closed all the time.
