crank pulley bolt

So just pulled my motor to go through all the gaskets and clean up the engine bay and get rid of the previous hack jobs. After spraying with pb blaster, using an impact gun, a torch, and hrs of yelling at it, I still can't get it off. So i'm to the point now where I have to ask for someone elses help. The bolt is starting to crack apart. anyone willing to help a fella out?

Re: crank pulley bolt

can you still get a socket over the bolt? I'd try that and try borrowing a bigger/better impact.

Re: crank pulley bolt

Whoa, that's bad. Worst case scenario, you can weld a nut on there. Either way, I'd apply that kind of heat, it's probably been loctited as well.
