Yea they come in 8mm-spiro pros, and 10.4mm thundervoltZ. I have the 8mm and they work just fine and fit in the valve cover. The fat 10.4mm ones you have to coil up and drape over your valve cover because they are so mammoth.

If they are in good order/shape, stock wires. Not really any power to be gained unless yours are shot.

I used the Pro Race .409 wires, but now for imports they are called Thunder Volt; anyways, these are what I'd go with.
