Driving light mounts on Talon.

Just curious before I tear apart the cowling behind the drivers side driving light. Will the two screws holding the light in place will just come out, or do I need a wrench for the nut behind? Another question...is the driving light bulb replaceable or do I need to do the entire driving light?

If its a 1G, I believe you have to have the entire driving light.

First off you might want to tell people what kind of car you are driving and what a driving light is. I'll just assume you meant fog light. Eitherway, just the light bulb is replaceable and you won't need to buy a whole new assembly.

My apologies...it is a 1994 Eagle Talon TSi. I am going to pull it out this weekend and replace the bulb. Not to sound like I am being a wise-ass...but I have never heard of a clear "fog" light. Any "fog" light I have ever seen was yellow or amber...

Fog lights come in all different beam colors and style (round, square...)

Fog lights emit a beam that is wide but short to light up the road directly in front of the car.

Driving lights are basically like an additional high beam, shining far away to light up the road way ahead of you (ussually not DOT becuase they are very bright to oncoming drivers.

If you mean the fog lights that are below your regular lights, to take them off its 2 bolts on each side I believe, behind the light housing and they are either 12mm or 14mm. To take the bulbs out to replace them, you just take a couple phillips head screws out of the front cover and pop it off. (ussually those screws are rusted shut and you have to drill them out.

Thank you. I stand corrected...even the owners manual calls it a "fog light". Was mostly curious about the mounting as originally posted. I guess I need to pull the cowling plastic to get to the rear nuts that hold the screws in place.
