I have no problems with my 16g...And from what I have heard on the DSMlink forums at least one person is already making 400+ HP on the new Evo Big16g...Like to see that on a 14b

Chris
Who is making 400HP on a Big16g on the DSMLink forum? Is it at the wheels or the shitty HP calculator built into DSMLink?

What is the 16g record?, He has a built engine though... well except ARP's lol
11.582 116.99 on a small 16G. Good ET for the MPH.

I am very happy with my Big 16g, my car pulls pretty hard for not having that large of a turbo. Before I bother upgrading, I will deffinately take the 16 further.

I was estimating by airflow...ShapeGSX is making 41.5 lbs/min of airflow...Grnated he has HKS 264's and a bunch of other stuff, but that is damn good for a Big 16g!!!

He might be putting down around 350-360whp going by his 113mph trap speeds.

How about 118 trap speeds???

Quote:

Evo3 16G, 26psi, 44.1lbs/min, 118mph!

The subject says it all. I set my boost way too high today on my first run, and I had no idea during my run, other than the fact that the 122mph Supra wasn't running away from me quite as fast as normal.

I ended up running 118mph in the 1/4 and 93.29 in the 1/8th. I couldn't believe it when I picked up my timeslip. Basically, my boost spiked to 29psi, and settled in at 25 to 26psi. I peaked at 44.1lbs/min (333.7g/sec).

I didn't think that the Evo 3 16G would be efficient at that boost level. Guess I was wrong! Get yours at Forced Performance! Completely unported, and no clip.

Unfortunately, my traction sucked, and I only ran 12.5. Best pass of the day was 12.26@116.31 with a 1.844 60-ft. If I can get a good 60-ft, 11s are mine. But it will have to wait until next year, since the track closes next week.
