Will a 1g throttle body fit on a 2g manifold?

I have a 1g block, 2g head, manifold and throttle body.
This is how i bought it.
I want to switch it back to a 1g throttle body but keep the 2g manifold. I just want to know if its going to bolt right on. I would like to keep it easy. I know i might have to change some wiring. Thanks for the help.

And if the 1g throttle body wont fit on the 2g manifold will the 1g manifold fit on the 2g head??

I would go with a 1G TB and intake manifold. They should bolt right on. The 1G TB is bigger then the 2G one and the hole on the 2G mani is smaller(same size as 2G TB) so I wouldnt really do anything. But when you do this use the 2G sensors on the TB.

Re: 1g / 2g mix, need help

I would like to go with the 1g intake as well because i know it flows more. But i NEED to know that the 1g and 2g manifold are completely swapable. I dont want to mess around with any cutting drilling welding or anything like that, i want just take off put on. So if the manifolds arent swapable then ill just go the throttle body. Im trying to get rid of the 2g sensor.

The first question I have is what turbo do you have? Just because the 1G intake manifold has larger ports does not mean it is perfect for your application, it all depends on what kind of airflow you're pushing.
