Well here's a break down of the a few to the turbo's mentioned:

14B 33lbs/min
16G 36lbs/min
B16G 38lbs/min
Evo16G 42lbs/min (not 100% sure but the guy from AGP posted this on GVR4.org, I can't find right now though. Also AJ has said FP would rebuild a dead 16G to flow what an 18G flows, 18G's flow 41 or 42 lbs/min. Just adding some speculation.)
And remember for HP ratings that the 4g63 will ussually produce 10hp per lb/min rated.

If your not impressed with the 14B, then maybe try the EVO 16G. It makes a fair amount more power than the older small and big 16Gs. Or maybe just turn the boost up on the 14B. The 14B will make a lot of torque down low and feel quick, but it has little top end power. Sticking the 6cm on a 16G might not work all that well. It's a bit too restrictive for something even 16G sized. It will spool fast and make some low end torque but it wll probably also have a very weak top end. It eventually comes down to the point of where putting in a bigger compressor wheel doesn't help all that much if you don't make the exhaust side bigger. The TD05H exhaust wheel is not big nor is the 6cm exhaust housing, so one of those needs to be made bigger to get the full power from the compressor side.
