08 impreza...broken timing belt

Picked up a 08 Impreza 2.5i locally for cheap. Bad part is, timing belt broke while going down the road. I was curious on how bad it was, so I tore it down, threw on a belt and attempted to do a compression test. However, I am getting no compression on any cylinders.

Now I already figured it would have bent valves, but I have never had one not have compression on all cylinders. I usually get at least one cylinder that reads something.

I am already tearing it down to pull the heads, just wondering if this is common with some timing belt failures or is this thing possibly really broke lol.
