I have tried to keep reading this thread as much as possible but I am sure I have missed a few posts. But have they posted anything regarding any preventative measures they are taking to try to alleviate some of the past problems they have had?
I have heard a lot of excuse, but no solutions to problems. And being available for phones calls to deal with problems does not constitute as a solution. The problems should be circumvented before they start. Does SBR have any policies and procedures in place? I could write some for you if you want.

I think someone should try and get ahold of the guy who left SBR and see what he says about SBR Joe and Colleagues pointing all the blame on him.

Well i tried finding it, which any normal thread i would have but this seems to be the flame whore thread. it was the guy that everyone seemed to put the blame on with the bad customer service. And how mike Hummer was saying that you "now" have a better team. The guy was canned or quit.
