A/M conversion problem with the wiring.

95 talon tsi awd

got my Auto to manual conversion finished, if any one could help with a step by step for the wiring would be much appreciated the car wont start..... all im thinking of is the neutral safety switch but i can seem to locate that either. all i have done is disconnected the TCU. or should it be connected? also do i need to replace my ECM with the manual one? thanks again.

Re: A/M conversion problem with the wiring.

any one is having this problem or is going to run into this problem. The big plug going to your shift selector has the two wires you need to splice together. One will be an 18g wire that's black with a red stripe and the other will be a 18g solid black wire. Hope this helps some one.....

im pretty sure if you get a 5 speed ecu and wire harness the car will run.

This way you don't need to get a 5speed wiring harness or ecu....

i swapped a 5spd ecu in mine and it runs fine? I dont think it matters if its auto or not. I can take a pic of my harness if you like at my shifter or whatever
