oil leak

i moved my car the other day and noticed a little patch of oil where my car was... so i got down and jacked it up and looked and there was oil all over the oil pan... it looked like it was comming from where the tubro oil feed pip connects to the oil pan... could it be a gasket if there is one? i look around it a lil more but that looked liek the only reasonable spot... any ideas?

Re: oil leak

Its most likely the return line from the turbo to the pan, its common for them to start leaking. Take it off and clean it really good and put it back on with the RTV and it will be good to go.

Re: oil leak

To add to that, I would suggest letting it sit for a day or atleast over night before you drive it so the RTV is cured that way you will have less of a chance for it to leak again.

Re: oil leak

Try a silicon based RTV - they take higher temps. I know this for sure.
