I agree on this big time. Esp when someone says it wasn't their fault when they hadn't ever taken a look at their product after the fact. I don't want to point fingers because I have heard only good things about rick (very few cause all were on this board) but I think that he should at least taken a look at the motor before he starts saying that it wasn't his fault.
