1992 Eagle Talon AWD

Car: 1992 Eagle Talon Turbo AWD
VIN:4E3CT64U6NE125415
Price: $6700 obo
Location: Duluth, MN

Hey guys and gals. Time has come to sell my 1g. It is an exceptionally clean, rust free and well sorted car. A friend of mine purchased the car in Mississippi about 5 years ago and brought it back here. I have owned the car for 3 years. My plan was to autocross the it, being able to drive it to the race track and back. All mods were tastefully done with respect to keep the car reliable. Plans have changed for me, I have other projects I would like to spend time on.

I had the motor and trans out this winter to replace the head gasket and clutch and I also repainted the whole car. Being a southern car there was clear coat peeling.

The entire engine harness has been gone through and allot of hack work repaired. I even went to the junk yard to find the factory radio plugs as someone had cut them out at some point in its life. Interior has a few cracks on the b pillar panels and it is missing the trunk cover/carpeting. It is a 26 year old car so there are a few screw holes from years of previous modifications. None of this is major in my book but I just havent been able to source the parts locally.

Engine:
Rebuilt 6 bolt with approx. 40,000 miles
1g rod, 2g piston
Brian Crower Cams
ARP Head bolts
Cometic Head Gasket
Balance Shaft Delete
165lbs of compression across all four cylinders

Turbo and other engine bay:
MHI 16g turbo
Extreme Turbo Systems front mount intercooler and piping
Greddy Blow off valve (recirculated)
2G mas air flow sensor and aftermarket cone filter
Injen turbo intake pipe
Hallman Manual boost controller (set to 15 psi but boost creeps to 18 psi)
-I run 2 gallons of e85 and the rest 91 on each fill
DSMLink V3 full
JM Fab crank case oil catch can
JM Fab coolant overflow
Polyurethane Motor Mounts
Mishimoto Aluminum Radiator
Slim Line Fans (1 pusher, 1 puller) Wired correctly to a temp switch on the thermostat housing

Exhaust:
3 inch turbo back stainless exahust

Fuel:
RC 550 injectors
AEM 340 LPH “E85 compatible” fuel pump with rewired relay

Transmission/Drivetrain
TRE stage 4
“Rip Grip” front diff lsd insert
4 spyder center differential
New 6 puck ceramic clutch from local Lake Head clutch with 2500 lb pressure plate
ACT Street Light flywheel
4 bolt LSD rear differential

Suspension:
KYB AGX shocks on all four corners
Eibach Sportline springs (2 inch drop)
Aftermarket rear sway bar
Active toe eliminating adjustable upper arms
Pillow ball bushings on the front of the trailing arms
All other suspension bushings are polyurethane
All other control arms boxed and reinforced

Interior:
Stock interior that I would give a 7 out of 10. (This is a 26 plus year old car)
AEM UEGO Wideband
Bosch boost gauge
Pioneer AM/FM/CD
BRAND NEW OEM clutch pedal assembly/bushings (these are common to fail and not fun to do)

Wheels/Tires
17x8 Motegii Trak Lite flat black wheels
245/40/17 Dunlop Direzza DZ2 tires
Black “tuner lugs”
Wheel and tires set up have less than 1000 miles on them

Exterior:
FRESH paint job this spring, around 100 miles since.
Tinted and cleared tail lights
Headlight housings painted black, then partially tinted and cleared
2g Talon badge on the front

Other Misc:
New alternator
All new ball joints and Tie rod ends
New brake pads all around
New front rotors
New LF wheel bearing
