I am currently running 20g turbo with strong engine internally and C16 fuel. 370whp at 20psi. I am planning on turning up the boost to at least 25psi and tune fuel/timing again. I am concerned about complete combustion. I use autolite 63 spark plugs and taylor wires with new 1g coil. The plugs are gapped .028. Looking at MSD 6a ignition or something to ionize the plug gap and insure a powerful spark, otherwise I believe I may have to gap .026. What does everyone suggest I do? I realize allot of people use stock ignition, but I am wondering what everyone is doing to help spark under high boost. Any suggestion please.

I ran NGK bpr 8es spark plugs when I ran 35psi on c-16. With the plugs indexed and a gap of .028 I had no problem with spark blow out, made 526whp. So I dont think you should worry about spark with your "high" boost. You should run 30psi, 25 is not enough with c-16 in most dsm cases. :3gears:

Thanks for the reply. I think I will dyno tune and just turn up boost and not worry so much.

autolite plugs suck. Go with what shane said NGK BPR7ES plugs. That is what I am running along with several of us. They are better plugs. As far as Autolite goes, I don't want to out the plugs in my car that I can find at Walmart.
