I have a 1992 Plymouth Laser AWD and I need a new alternator, is there any way to know which one I will need either the 75 or 90 amp? Hopefully without having to take the alternator out before I get the new one. I was hoping that somone on here had the same car or along the same lines and they could give me their thoughts but then again anything is better than nothing! Thanks for your help!!

MT cars came with 75-amp, AT with 90. Get a 90-amp though, usually only a few extra dollars but it will be beneficial to your car (especially if you have an aftermarket stereo or any extra electrical equipment).
