Cruise Control Issue

Hey guys, I just did some initial mods, including hard intake pipe, cone filter, hard intercooler pipes, bov, mbc, and a boost gauge. Now my cruise control is very surgy, falling below the speed a couple mph and then building a little boost and shooting above the mph. Is this a normal side effect? Anything I can do about it?
