shoulda done a 6 bolt

i have a few pics of what i did......
it was a leaking waterpump....
then this:


damn!!!!
replaced it...

new water pump...

new clutch...



tranny's on goin in!!!

HOME!!!


its in!!!


TURNED BUT NOTHIN ELSE!!!

got fuel....
got spark....
called it a day so tomorrow checkin compression....

DAMN!!!

shoulda done a 6 bolt!!!

6-bolt engines don't have heavier duty valves. Whatever caused that would've happened on either. I'd guess extreme detonation judging by the hole in that valve.

It's all RTV'd up where the CAM sensor goes. How does it work without a CAM sensor.

....and man is it ever RTV'd up

The cam sensor is on the gear end of the intake cam shaft.
