Re: Whatsup From Slowboy??!!!

Getting defensive and acting superior to all your customers is not a good trait. Not sure whatever happened to customers are usually right...

You shouldn't have to ask for an invoice number, maybe if it was taken care of correctly in the first place or handled better from the start of a problem, all these members with bad experiences wouldn't be so negative.

My point - thank you.

If I do not know of a problem - I cannot help.

Also - the customer is always right is BS - because that is just not true. If everyone followed that theory no one in the US would be in business - we would have all gave away the farm.

As for my attitude - you have no right to judge - read the first page - how would you have acted?

Sign me up for your course on how to run a business - I would be glad to have you out to talk to everyone here - and can even pay you for your time!

He'll go if you employ any hot Asians. I don't even think they need to be female. (sorry Peter, I needed to get that in today, and it was either here or MNSC.)

Im not telling you how to run your business, thats your call, but if your searching out small mitsu forums and trying to get sponsered, it must not be going so well.

And no the customer is not always right but you have to take that approach when it comes to issues. So far all the problems people have complained about in here are pretty legit, and should have been taken care of. Seems like a couple people even went out of their way trying to call numerous times trying to talk to a "manager." If YOU never heard about these issues then you might want to talk to your staff and tell them to send people that continuosly call about issues to you...

Reaching out to small forums seems like a perfectly good way to do business. So, I am not really sure why you have a problem with that?

Some issues may be legit - objects through turbine wheels are not one of them - and you are correct - some of my people may need a talking to - my email and phone # however is on the website - I am not a hard person to find.

Re: Whatsup From Slowboy??!!!

Our area is filled with Dynoguess and a Rustang dyno, its nice to have DB with a DD and one other 2wd DD that not to many people know about or talk about to compare numbers with. I am also glad the market/customer base has switched what Dyno numbers people will see/get from their setup and compare to other setups on different dynos in a short time.

From one of my employees - they all have a advertising budget they are asked to spend to find ways to help promote themselves and SBR Inc. -Jason - one of my salesman sent me a link a while back.

Seems like a nice site so far

Not bad for your fourth post Ed!

How about:

http://www.snarkhunting.com/2006/03/
http://www.pabusinesscentral.com/top...p100pep06.html

You see - when you sell as much as we do - there will be people who are upset - or angry - or downright mad - and its very easy to vent on the internet -(like you did not know this) - why? Everyone loves a drama - and it is really easy to buy into.

Oh - feel free to look under 2005 as well - Indiana County.

I guess I got that recognition by being a "bad guy".

HMM.

I'm surprised you didn't post the Pennsylvania business link sooner, seeing how you post that all over the internet as well as flaunt your so-called sales figures. Let's see you win a business award on a national level, not one which is based in your home state.

Instead of allocating a budget for advertising you might want to spend some money on a secretary so you get your messages and are reminded to respond to them in a timely manner.
