Sorry, those are both machine shop procedures. For the oversized valves you just need the seats cut bigger, not ported. I would check out Motors by Gosh, he does good work for a good price.
On a side note, the last car I have scheduled will be out of the shop tomorrow, so I have some free space if someone needs some work done! I should run a head gasket special or something, I have done 3 of them in the last month
