"Bigger" and "smaller" don't mean too much. Could you get CFM or Lbs/Min figures? If not, I would say that you should be able to go with the "smaller" of the two. The smaller looks to not be adjustable so that is a concern, I would go with the "larger" for just that reason. But you don't have the listen to me; my car doesn't have a BOV.
