Evo3 Shift Forks
Could you quote me a price on the steel Evo3 shift forks please. Both the 1-2 and the 3-4 forks. Also do you have them in stock, and if not, how long until you'd get them. Thanks.

Re: Evo3 Shift Forks
After further research, I think I've decided to just go with stock forks. This is on a 91 AWD. Is that what you quoted above for stock ones? Thanks!

Re: Evo3 Shift Forks
No sorry, I meant I changed my mind, and I don't want the Evo3 forks anymore. I want stock 1g shift forks, for a 91 AWD. And I was asking if that's what you quoted above, was for the regular 1g forks.
But, for the record in case anyone on here ever wants one of the stock Evo3 shift forks (with teflon wear pads), the part numbers are...
1-2 Fork: MD749754
3-4 Fork: MD749755

Re: Evo3 Shift Forks
Thanks today for the forks! Let me know when the 5/R one arrives. Also, I need a couple more parts. Sorry I don't know the part number, or even the exact name of these, but hopefully these pictures will help. I need that ring that you can see is cracked, and is labeled BROKEN in red. It's some sort of 5th gear selector slider or something. And that second one, that whole assembly in turquois, it's on the little cover that comes off the end of the tranny. It's some sort of little spring assembly.

Re: Evo3 Shift Forks
looks like you need
5th synch hub & sleeve md735299 $127.52
input shaft rev brake ring md724884 $11.54
rev wave spring md744342 $3.90
cover rev brake cone md725928 $20.30
cover screws md736513 $0.70ea X3
not sure if I have the right part #s but it will give you an idea on price.
also I was told there should be a vin # on the trany, if you could check, it would make life easy.
thank you!!!

Re: Evo3 Shift Forks
I think all I need is the wave spring and whatever mounts it to the cover, and that 5th gear slider.
I will have a copy of caps here soon too, so hopefully I can help you out more with the part numbers i need.
The tranny # C51PH GH4261

Re: Evo3 Shift Forks
Nick, I don't need anything else. We rummaged everything we needed out of someone else's tranny. So not even the shift fork. Thanks for your help getting my parts and what-not. We got it back together just fine, so I won't be bringing it to you guys in boxes to put back together!
