So Anna and I are on our way home after picking up Turbo & Anna screams all of a sudden, 'ROLLERS!!!! ROLLERS!!!' ...we slow down & I snap this pic. Some lady is putting in ROLLERS into her hair and doing her makeup while driving up hwy 100!!!!
