Fairly odd that the turbo was bought from you guys, chipped a blade, rebuilt by you guys, and chipped another blade.

Yes - it is odd - however not uncommon the same person would make the same mistake twice.

It was actually on 2 seperate cars, 2 different owners. One of which is far from a n00b and has run many different aftermarket turbos.
