Need pocketlogger program

my palm got erased. i dont know my cable serial number..

for a 1g.

tried stein, didnt work, nor do i like it.

If you have a real pocketlogger cable, you can pay the company $10 or something to transfer the software to your name and download anytime you want for free.

The serial number should be on the cable.

From the pocketlogger.com site:

If you have already received this product, this number is the number printed on the white label attached to your PocketLOGGER cable. It is not your invoice number, serial number to your Palm or any other number other than the 3 or 4 digit "Serial Number" printed on the label attached to your PocketLOGGER cable. We will not process requests without a valid serial number. DSM cables manufactured before 3/8/01 did not have serial numbers. If you have one of these cables, type "none" in the box below. If you type "none" and your cable did have a serial number, your request will not be processed.

You'll also need to know the email address of the person who bought the cable from pocketlogger.com.

looks like im outa luck.. i dont know his email, his number anymore, nor do i have that serial number

I just got pocketlogger to give me the software for free, I didn't have to pay the $25 transfer.

Why can't you find the serial number? Mine was right on the plug that goes into the OBDII connection. But I guess you have a 1g, not sure about those.
