Vibration in clutch pedal.. again

Last summer I had a strange vibration in my clutch pedal. I couldn't figure out what it was so over winter I dropped the tranny and found that my TOB basically disintegrated and destroyed my pressure plate. So I got a new pressure plate, new mitsu TOB, adjusted my clutch pedal, and everything seemed fine. Now, that same vibration is back. I feel it in the clutch pedal when I push down and get right to the point before it disengages; I purposely kept a little play in the pedal thinking this would help prevent the TOB from falling apart again. Also, the vibration only happens when I give it throttle. Should I adjust the clutch pedal to get more play in the pedal so things are not rubbing against each other in the bell housing? Or is this something related to the crank since I put in a new pp and TOB less than like 500 miles ago? I'm at wits end, so I'd appreciate any help. New clutch slave and master cylinder put in a year ago, and I had my tranny rebuilt by Shep one year ago. Using ACT 2100 clutch.

Re: Vibration in clutch pedal.. again

How bad was your input shaft "snout" that the TOB slides on? I've seen that wear down which can cause the TOB to rock, causing a vibration through the pedal.

Re: Vibration in clutch pedal.. again

The input shaft seemed fine, I tested the movement with the fork connected to the TOB before I put the tranny back on and there was no rocking or wobbling that I could feel or see. Maybe the difference is so small I wasn't able to feel or see it?

Re: Vibration in clutch pedal.. again

No, you'd be able to clearly see it. A little rock is normal.
