I think the Tuner Transformation show is o.k. The first episode was super dumb. They added NOS on a RX8 and put 19" rims and some stickers on it. The next episode was much better. They took an old 240SX and dropped in the Silvia engine. But they should of talked more about the engine swap. They seemed to pass right over it.
The show is totally scripted, but there isn't that many shows about the sport compact scene so I watch it anyways.
