I didn't like the fact that most of the money was going to the Guthrie theater as well as MPR and many other arts programs. Most of the pollution in our lakes and rivers is mercury (which they can do nothing about).

It's also in the parts per trillion level, and they only tested about 15% of the lakes and extrapolated the numbers from that. Just one more way to pad the government coffer.
