it's alittle rusty, but i don't think it should be this hard to undo.

i haven't used an impact wrench, although i have been banging on the breaker bar with a hammer to no avail.

is the impact wrench necessary at this point?

a 4 foot pipe or a good impact wrench is about the only thing now i think

I think either my mutt-masher, CVD's cracker-wacker, or DJ's *edit*-beater would come in real handy for you. It's sad that we have all named our pipes.

Definitely an impact gun. When using a big-ass breaker bar, you also need to make a bar to hold the pulley in place, which usually breaks the bolts.
