chargeing system/ other issues
hey new to dsms came from camaros to this trying to understand how everything works and im liking it .... was wondering about the alt in the laser im working on the lights sorta have a slight dim/flicker/pulse while running its sorta hard to start the engine cranks slow when hot when cold it starts a little better than when hot when its hot i have to hold my foot to the floor to get it to start but when its running its idling kinda funny its smooth for about 1 min idles about 1300rpm then about 30 sec affter the min it bogs down to about 600 then back to 1300 runs fine around town boost is great
i have all vaccume lines hooked up checked everything ..
so was wondering is this is how it runs ? the guy we got if off of put a new head on left some stuff off like the timing covers and a few other bolts loose but i got them all tight making an exust system for it is fun ... made a 2/1/2 down pipe all the way in to a resanator thats huge keeps the sound down a lil bit but its better than an open down pipe ...lol
the thing sound like it has cams idles sorta lopy like my t/a did
so im going out to porkys and run it against a few cars see how it dose a stock setup laser should run about a 13 right ? but anyways id like to meet up with some of u guys that go down there ...
