I finished the bracket for one side. Took a little longer than I anticipated (about 10 hrs) but the quality is what I hoped for. I expect the other side to go faster since I have a game plan now.

Here is the wood blocks I machined to keep the caliper centered on the rotor. These are thicker than the pad so I can push the pistons all the way in.

Bolted to the knuckle


Rotor and caliper studs installed


Caliper bolted on, couldn't be happier with the alignment of everything








Looks like it will be only 18's from here on out, not much clearance in there.
