I'm not sure who you're saying took what the wrong way, but in general I agree with what you're saying. My biggest reason for wanting a change is because I think there are other careers out there that I'd be better at, a better fit for me, and would have more drive to succeed in. I do realize that it may not be working with automobiles (especially since the auto market is so bad right now for jobs), but I figure it wouldn't hurt to dabble in it and see for myself.
